The largest open, cross-border register of beneficial ownership and control, publishing declarations in the Beneficial Ownership Data Standard. It is the backbone of who-controls-whom in the corpus.
France SIRENE
France's official register of businesses and establishments (SIREN/SIRET), published as open data by INSEE. Provides the French corporate substrate the ownership graph attaches to.
UK Companies House
The UK's statutory company register — companies, their officers and persons of significant control. WhiteIntel ingests the bulk register and also queries Companies House live for the freshest record.
GLEIF
The Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation issues the LEI and publishes Level-2 parent relationships. The LEI is the strongest cross-border join key in the corpus.
ACRA Singapore
The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority register — Singapore's companies and business entities, keyed by UEN.
ICIJ Offshore Leaks
The ICIJ Offshore Leaks database — entities, officers and intermediaries surfaced by the Panama, Paradise and Pandora Papers. It exposes offshore structures that no registry publishes.
OpenSanctions
A consolidated, deduplicated dataset of politically exposed persons, crime and debarment lists and sanctioned assets — the risk overlay that turns an ownership graph into a screening tool.
Cyprus DRCOR
The Cyprus Department of Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property open dataset — the OFFICER layer of Cypriot companies. It carries directors, secretaries and trade-name owners, and NO shareholders and NO beneficial owners: it is a nominee-layer register, not Cyprus ownership coverage.
FAA Aircraft Registry
The US Federal Aviation Administration registry of civil aircraft and their registered owners — the asset layer that links a controlling entity to the jets it owns.
SEC EDGAR
The US Securities and Exchange Commission's EDGAR system — public filers and the Forms 3/4/5 that disclose insider and beneficial ownership of securities.
Spain BORME
The Boletín Oficial del Registro Mercantil — the official GAZETTE of the Spanish commercial register, a stream of inscribed acts rather than a register snapshot. It carries directors and officers with dates, and NO shareholders and NO beneficial owners; a company that has filed nothing since the gazette went digital never appears at all. It is not Spanish ownership coverage.
OBRS Belize
Belize's Online Business Registry System — company and beneficial-ownership records from a jurisdiction long used for offshore structuring.
OBRS Anguilla
