Data licensing — honest by default
Open sources (GLEIF, SEC EDGAR, FAA, HM Land Registry OCOD/CCOD) are CC0 / public-domain / open-government-licence and free to use commercially. OpenOwnership is ODbL — attribution and share-alike. ICIJ leak data carries attribution + share-alike terms. Sanctions / PEP enrichment from OpenSanctions is CC-BY-NC 4.0: we use and cite it, and we are not licensed to redistribute it commercially — what you buy is our resolution, traversal and delivery work, never a resale of that dataset.
/ FAQ
Pricing, plainly.
Yes — that's the core differentiator. Buy a Standard Dossier (€39) or Premium Dossier (€99) on any single company or person with guest Stripe checkout (email only, no account or subscription required). You receive the interactive web dossier plus downloadable PDF + machine-readable JSON, re-downloadable for 90 days. Bulk report packs (5 / 25) bring the per-report price down significantly.
Standard (€39) delivers full identity, ownership resolution, UBO chain, sanctions/PEP exposure screening, UK financial history, and source citations. Premium (€99) adds the full asset layer: UK property holdings & price paid, linked vessels (IMO) and aircraft (tail), person enrichment, and offshore leak links (Panama/Paradise/Pandora Papers). On HIGH-risk or sanctioned entities Premium additionally runs a live adverse-media scan (GDELT, last 18 months); on lower-risk subjects that scan does not run, and the dossier says so rather than showing an empty section.
Instead of subscribing, you can purchase a 5-pack or 25-pack of report credits at checkout. Credits stay in your account or email token and can be redeemed on any entity whenever you need deep UBO or asset resolution, saving up to 40% per report.
Over the MCP server (@whiteintel/mcp-server), an agent calls 'buy_dossier' with the target entity ID to generate a guest Stripe checkout URL. A human or payment delegate completes payment, and the agent calls 'claim_dossier' with the session ID to claim a 90-day entity token — zero manual portal management.
Yes — public entity search, 1-hop ownership graphs, and cited dossier teasers are completely free with no sign-in. Paid tiers and one-off reports add deep UBO traversal, asset/property/media layers, risk scores, watchlists, export, and monitoring.
You pay for the service — cross-source entity resolution, multi-hop UBO traversal, sanctions/property/vessel/aircraft joins, risk scoring, and structured delivery (PDF/JSON + MCP) — not raw open data. The public corpus stays free to explore.
Open sources (GLEIF, SEC EDGAR, FAA, HM Land Registry OCOD/CCOD) are public-domain / CC0 / Open Government Licence and free for commercial use. OpenOwnership is ODbL — attribution and share-alike. ICIJ leak data carries attribution + share-alike terms. OpenSanctions PEP/crime data is CC-BY-NC 4.0: we use and cite it under those terms and hold no commercial redistribution licence, so treat the sanctions/PEP layer as non-commercial and check your own use case.
API quotas use a weighted credit meter: a simple entity lookup costs 1 credit, side-table reads (company details/financials) 2, graph walks (UBO path/offshore exposure) 3, and rich cross-domain dossiers 5. Metered API pricing scales down to €0.08/call at volume.
Prices are quoted in EUR net. We do not currently add VAT or sales tax at checkout. If tax handling changes for your billing country, the exact amount will be displayed clearly before payment.
